UPDATED: June 29, 2017

Thanks for purchasing a Groupon or LivingSocial voucher deal for one, two or four people! Your voucher is valid for four months from the date of purchase and is good for Glass Fusing Fun classes. These classes are held on Wednesdays (7-10pm), Saturdays (10am-1pm or 3-6pm), one Friday a month (7-10pm) and sometimes will hold two classes on a Saturday.

You’ll find a lot of FULL classes on the calendar; have no fear, new dates are added regularly and I will honor your voucher within a reasonable period beyond the expiration date. As of today (6/29/17), there are openings on Friday ,July 21st and from August 2nd on.

It can be hard to find openings for groups of 4. If you run into any problems along the way, send an email to classes@goddessofglass.com for assistance. There are 12 people in each class and folks usually come in pairs or foursomes.  If you have six or more friends who want to take this class together, please skip the Groupon and ask about a private party.

Is your Voucher about to expire? Not a problem; go ahead and book. The idea is that you at least register before the expiration date; it’s okay if your class happens after that. We just want you to come and have a fun time with us!

I use Groupon and LivingSocial to keep finding NEW CUSTOMERS and ask that past attendees either buy the deal directly from me or use the STUDIO MEMBER discount, which mirrors the other deals but I don’t lose that marketing fee. Thanks for your understanding.

These three hour workshops are designed to offer a very basic introduction into glass fusing. All materials and supplies are provided for you to create a variety of projects using fusible glass provided with your fee. The fired pieces will be ready for pick up in a week or so. You will not be operating the kilns.

While geared for adults, it could be appropriate for kids age 8 and up (with a paid adult).

No glass experience required! You’ll start out with a few pre-cut pieces then rifle through my glass bins in search of the perfect glass pieces to complete your creations. I’ll show you some simple cutting and breaking techniques and provide you with a variety of interesting design options. You will have up to three hours to create your projects to be fired in my kilns. I will notify you via email when your things are ready to be picked up in a week or so. You’ll choose from a variety of options like plates, soap dishes, trinkets or coasters.

Visit my Facebook page and look through some of the photo albums for before and after pictures. They’re separated by the date of the class making it easier for participants to find the photos.

As a courtesy, you will get an email reminder before your class. I provide a comfortable space to help get you into your creative zone but some people like to start thinking in advance of what they might want to create in terms of design, pattern or color! And some people like to bring beverages to enjoy while they’re creating!

We have to maintain a strict 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Please call or email if you are unable to attend your scheduled class.
