Glass Fusing Fun – Connie Beckers, Instructor
Ongoing Thursdays & Saturdays, this is the one that started it all and is the one beginners and folks with a Groupon will sign-up for. No glass experience required, this workshop is designed to offer a very basic introduction into glass fusing. You will start with pre-cut “blank” pieces of fusible glass and have up to three hours to create your choice of plates, coasters, soap dishes or trinkets using colorful shapes from my scrap bins to complete your creations. You’ll get a little glass cutting and nipping instruction to form your shapes. This class is suitable for children age 8 and up accompanied by a paid adult.
Experienced glassers are invited for fusing and stained glass open studio time. $15 studio fee plus per project costs for either clear or color glass. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for project costs and to reserve your spot.
